Composition: structural reinforcement strip, outer strand, inlay ring, coupling fittings (U-shaped hanging ring, PH-shaped extension ring or connecting rod, steering rod, adjusting plate, etc.), structural fasteners, etc.
Purpose: to withstand full tension. Connect the fiber optic composite ground wire to the terminal, tension (angle greater than 25 °) or fiber optic connection tower.
Features:
Uniform stress distribution, no stress concentration point, can well protect the optical cable.
2. Under the premise of not exceeding the lateral compressive strength of the optical cable, it has a greater grip on the optical cable and can withstand greater tension.
The grip of the optical cable is not less than 95% of the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of the optical cable, which is completely suitable for the needs of optical cable erection.
Order need to know:
1. Select the appropriate strain clamp according to the ultimate tensile strength and outer diameter of the OPGW cable.
2. Quantity configuration: 1 set/terminal tower (including gantry);2 sets/tension tower, corner tower with angle greater than 25 and OPGW connecting tower.
3. The standard configuration of the clamp is right-handed according to the outermost twist direction of OPGW. If the outermost twist direction of OPGW is left-handed, it shall be indicated in the order contract.
4. It is recommended to use this wire clamp once it has been subjected to full tension.
5. Connection fittings can be supplied according to customer requirements, line design and construction requirements and actual line requirements.
