In order to improve the sense of responsibility and sales ability of the Cyber team, on June 1, the company invited teachers gathered for training to come to our company to give the sales team a video training on the theme of "responsibility is better than ability.
The training kicked off with the interaction of clapping hands. The whole training was divided into three parts: video autonomous learning by the sales team, sharing experiences and summarizing by the teacher. After watching the video, each salesperson was deeply touched, launched an analysis and discussion of responsibility over ability, expressed their own opinions, and expressed their own ideas and feelings.
